From this 1891 Census it shows the Southall family (senior) were living at No 50 Wood St Willenhall and the Ward family (senior) living at No 53 Wood StThe Frank that is mentioned in the Census aged six months died in his first year. The next born a son in1892 was also named Frank.
The Census of 1891 was taken before the birth of Frank Ward (the second) or Ethel Southall , they were born in the years 1892 and 1894 respectively
